Cancellations and refunds

Send a cancellation request through account support with the order reference. VISION will confirm whether work has started and identify any agreed or committed costs. Any refund is assessed under the quote and applicable consumer law.

If cancelled after work begins, the amount due or refundable may depend on completed milestones, non-recoverable costs, and the terms agreed before work started. VISION will explain the calculation and provide a record of delivered work.

A digital file is not considered delivered merely because an order was placed. Delivery occurs after payment verification and release through the account or agreed method. Report a corrupt, inaccessible or materially incorrect delivery promptly so it can be reviewed and corrected.

Contact support first with the reference and transfer date. Do not submit false chargebacks or altered receipts. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction.
