Acceptable use and customer content

Use the site for lawful creative projects. Upload only files you own, created, licensed or are authorized to share. Obtain permission for recognizable people, private locations, confidential business material and third-party trademarks where required.

Do not upload malware, illegal material, stolen works, private data without consent, impersonation, threats, spam, fraudulent payment evidence, or content that violates another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity or contractual rights. Do not probe accounts, bypass access checks, scrape private pages or interfere with the site.

VISION may temporarily hide, reject or remove material where there is a credible rights, privacy, safety, fraud or legal concern. Where practical, the account holder will receive a reason and a way to appeal or provide permission evidence. An allegation alone is reviewed and is not automatically treated as proven.

You are responsible for backups of files before upload and for permissions needed for your intended publication. Remove any material you discover you cannot lawfully use and contact support if a rights concern arises.
